Which countries do you set up eBay seller accounts for?+

Do you guarantee an increase in sales?+

No. We optimize what’s within our control — listing quality, account health, pricing structure, and policy compliance — but sales also depend on demand, competition, and buyer behavior we don’t control. We’ll always give you an honest read on what’s realistic for your niche.

Will I still have access to my own account?+

Yes. Account ownership always stays with you. We work within your account under agreed access, and you can review or revoke that access at any time.

Can you guarantee my suspended account will be reinstated?+

How long does reinstatement usually take?+

It varies widely — some cases resolve within days, others take several weeks depending on the reason for suspension and eBay’s current review volume in that region. We’ll give you a realistic estimate once we’ve reviewed your specific case.

Is it safe to give you access to my eBay account?+

We only ever request the minimum access needed to complete the agreed work, and that access can be reviewed or revoked by you at any time. We never ask for your eBay password to be shared outside of eBay’s own authorized access tools.
