Disclaimer

This page sets out the terms on which Mirage Seller Solutions provides eBay account setup, management, reinstatement, and sourcing services across Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. Please read it before engaging our services.

In short: we are an independent service agency. We are not eBay, PayPal, or any payment processor, and we do not control their decisions. We help you prepare, manage, and present your account in the strongest possible position — but final approvals, suspensions, and reinstatements are decided solely by eBay.
§1Affiliation

No affiliation with eBay Inc.

Mirage Seller Solutions (operated by Miragemall Ltd) is an independent consultancy. We are not owned by, employed by, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with eBay Inc., PayPal, or any of their subsidiaries in Germany, the UK, the USA, or Australia. “eBay” and related marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced here only to describe the platform our services relate to.

§2No Guarantee

No guaranteed outcomes on setup, management, or reinstatement

We apply proven, policy-aligned methods to seller account setup, ongoing management, and suspension appeals. However, every decision — approval, suspension, limitation, or reinstatement — is made exclusively by eBay’s internal review teams, based on criteria they do not disclose to third parties. We cannot guarantee a specific result, timeline, or that any account will be approved or reinstated.

§3Client Duties

Accuracy of information provided by the client

Our recommendations and case preparation depend entirely on information, documents, and account access the client provides. The client is responsible for ensuring all identity documents, business details, and account history shared with us are accurate, current, and lawfully obtained. We are not liable for outcomes affected by incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied to us.

§4Policy Changes

Third-party platforms may change without notice

eBay, PayPal, and regional payment or tax authorities regularly update their policies, verification requirements, and seller standards across all four markets we serve. We make reasonable efforts to stay current, but we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or account actions caused by policy changes made independently by these third parties after our advice was given.

§5Sourcing

Product sourcing and dropshipping guidance is informational

Sourcing recommendations — whether for stocked inventory or dropshipping suppliers — are provided based on market research and supplier information available to us at the time. We do not guarantee supplier reliability, product quality, shipping times, customs clearance, or ongoing stock availability. Clients remain responsible for their own supplier due diligence, product compliance, and import regulations in their selling region.

§6Liability

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirage Seller Solutions and Miragemall Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profit, or account suspension arising after our engagement, except where such liability cannot be lawfully excluded in the client’s jurisdiction (including consumer protections under UK and EU law).

Our services relate to eBay account operations and are not a substitute for independent legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients operating across Germany, the UK, the USA, and Australia should consult a qualified professional in their respective country for matters of VAT, company registration, import duty, or consumer law.
