Privacy Policy

How Mirage Seller Solutions collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our eBay account setup, management, reinstatement, and sourcing services across Germany, the UK, the USA, and Australia.

In short: we collect only the information needed to set up, manage, reinstate, and source for your eBay account. We never sell your data, we share it only with the platforms and processors necessary to deliver the service, and you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
§1Controller

Who we are

This policy is issued by Miragemall Ltd, trading as Mirage Seller Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”). We act as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, collected in connection with our eBay seller services delivered to clients in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

§2Collection

What information we collect

Depending on which service you engage, we may collect:

  • Identity information — full name, date of birth, government ID, proof of address
  • Business information — company registration, VAT/tax ID, business bank details
  • Account information — eBay username, store details, listing and sales history, suspension notices
  • Contact information — email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Communications — messages, emails, and call notes exchanged with our team
  • Sourcing preferences — product categories, supplier contacts, and order volume estimates
§3Use

How we use your information

  • To set up, verify, and configure your eBay seller account
  • To manage listings, orders, and account health on your behalf
  • To prepare and submit reinstatement appeals with eBay
  • To identify and vet product sourcing and dropshipping suppliers
  • To communicate with you about your case, invoices, or account status
  • To meet legal and tax obligations in the country where the service is delivered
§4Legal Basis

Legal basis for processing (UK & EU clients)

For clients in Germany and the UK, we process personal data under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR on the following bases: performance of a contract (delivering the service you’ve engaged us for), legitimate interest (improving our service and preventing fraud), and consent where required (such as optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

§5Sharing

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where necessary to deliver our services, including with:

  • eBay Inc. and its regional marketplaces, to set up, manage, or appeal your account
  • PayPal and other payment processors, where relevant to your account or payouts
  • Verified product suppliers, limited to what’s needed to fulfil a sourcing request
  • Professional advisors (accountants, legal counsel) where required to support your case
  • Regulators or authorities, only where we are legally required to disclose information
§6Transfers

International data transfers

Because we operate across Germany, the UK, the USA, and Australia, your data may be transferred and processed outside your home country — for example, from the EU/UK to the USA or Australia. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection law.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to deliver the service, satisfy legal or tax record-keeping obligations, and resolve any disputes.
